Osteopathy is a form of drug free non-invasive manual medicine that focuses on total body health by treating and strengthening the musculoskeletal framework, which includes the joints, muscles, spine & viscera.

This unique holistic (whole body) approach to health care was established by Dr Andrew Taylor Still in the late 1800’s, with the aim of using manual hands on techniques to improve circulation and correct altered biomechanics, without the use of drugs.

Shotokan Karate

Shotokan Karate

Muskoka Shotokan Karate Academy trains out of Muskoka Martial Arts every Tuesday & Thursday evening.

We practice the traditional aspects of kata, Kihon & Kumite with an added emphasis on the more practical applications of techniques.

Training times

  • Juniors: Tuesday & Thursday 5:00pm - 5:50pm
  • Adults: Tuesday & Thursday 6:00pm - 6:50pm
