60 min Swedish Massage: $60

45 min Myofascial relaese: $55
60 min Myofascial release: $70

Infrared Sauna

10 – 20 min: $20 (includes neck & head massage)
10 – 20 min: $10 (as an addition to a massage treatment)

Active Release Techniques (ART)

30 min ART: $40

Personal Training

30 min One on one: $30
60 min One on one: $50
60 min Small group (2-4): $75

All prices are exclusive of HST.

Insurance receipts are provided for all Massage Therapy based treatments. For appointments outside the scheduled clinic hours, a premium of 30 – 50% may be added.

Cancellation Policy

24 hours notice is required for cancellations. If less than 24 hours notice is given, a 50% service charge will be applied. If an appointment is missed, Bespoke Fitness reserve the right to charge the full service fee. Please be aware, that private health care insurance plans do not usually cover the fees for missed appointments. I thank you in advance for your understanding.
